What information is important to have handy when ordering parts from the dealer or Gorbel®?
  • The Gorbel® Serial Number on the order. This can be found on the crane itself, on the front of the installation & maintenance manual, on the general arrangement drawing, and on the order verfication. The number will start with a letter(either G, A, or T) and contain 5 or 6 numbers - examples: A12345 or G012345

  • The model number of the system ordered - an example: 1 ton FS300-14-12

  • The part (part number) of the item you need. The part numbers can be found on the packing list that you receive

  • The name of your dealer (if you would like to purchase through the same one) can be found on the front of the installation & maintenenance manual

These documents are all very important and should be kept together in a safe and accessible place. This information will make it easier for Gorbel® Inside Sales and your dealer to answer any questions you may have about your order and make it easier to order any parts.
