What's Wrong With This Overhead Crane Application?

Thanks Tim Milsap for providing the correct answer to our last post. This is arch beam or castellated beam which has been around for almost 50 years. It should either be replaced or watched and inspected regularily. Here is some more information that we have provided on our website concerning these types of beams

    That the hoist extends beyond the span of the upper supports holding the beam

    Looks like there are 2 trolleys on the bridge and there are no carriers for the festooning
