What's Wrong with this Application?

This is a pretty interesting one. It must be very difficult to move the bridge on this Free Standing Work Station Bridge Crane when it reaches a certain point!

We stated in our last post that there were at least 10 things wrong with the system. Here are the most obvious things:

1) A header has been overloaded (bent downward)
2) Home made stool not to capacity
3) Home made stool not anchored in all holes
4) Original base plate trimmed back
5) A header has been hit and bent upward
6) A header has been hit from the side and bent (pinched) together
7) 2 different runway styles improperly spliced
8) Does not look like there are any hangers withing 4' of the improper slices
9) Home made gussets welded into columns and header

10) Biggest thing wrong is that these cranes are dangerous, still in use, and should be red tagged and taken out of service (by who ever does the inspections)
