Since 1977, Gorbel® has been growing and changing. We never stop looking for new industries, markets, product ideas, and technologies. Seeking out new things can sometimes be risky and even uncomfortable, but it’s an integral part of our survival. Inevitably, mistakes are made – but we view mistakes as a natural result of having a growth mindset.
For our employees, having a growth mindset means learning from and teaching others regardless of rank or title. By fostering a learning environment, our employees can grow their individual skills and advance their careers. Nearly 1/3 of open positions at Gorbel® are filled by existing employees through the promotion process.
