What's Wrong with this Application? #19

This what's wrong was sent in by a Gorbel distributor who came across this application in the field. Can you tell what the customer did to the Work Station Crane system and why this would not be recommended?

    The "What's Wrong With This Crane Trifecta".  Oversized hoist, extra weight from the I-Beam, not to mention the runways are not properly installed at the correct span for the bridge truss.

    3 ton hoist on a 2 ton crane system.
