What's Wrong with this Application? #9

One of our internal Manufacturers Reps sent this one to me. What do you think is the issue with this application?

    I agree with the bent rod comment but the rods also need to be vertical.  The rods can attach to the roof structure, if checked by an engineer to see if it exceeds the capacity of the joist both overall and locally.  Even at that the joist can be reinforced but more importantly these rods fall off the panel points of the joist and place the bottom chord into bending.  Additional web members should be added from the attachment point up to the top chord panel point

    I see a major problem; They're not using a Gorbel Crane.

    Lifting structure should not be attached to the roof structure.
