Andy Dwivedi Appointed Incoming President & COO
Gorbel® is excited to welcome Andy Dwivedi as Incoming President & Chief Operating Officer, succeeding David Pritchard upon his retirement in April 2026. Andy began transitioning into the role in November 2025 and participated in Gorbel®’s annual Strategic Refresh meeting.
Andy returns to the Rochester, NY area from Milwaukee, WI where he was serving as Global Vice President at Lucas-Milhaupt. From 2002-2004, he was an MBA student at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) who concentrated in Marketing & Sales Management and Technology Management. Now a seasoned manufacturing executive, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge back to the region.
Andy’s leadership will guide Gorbel® through its next phase of growth, ensuring continued operations excellence that is built on a positive workplace culture. Since his onboarding, he has been visiting all the Gorbel® locations and connecting with employees across the organization.
Andy Mathews Appointed CFO & VP of Finance & Administration
Gorbel® is pleased to announce Andy Mathews as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance & Administration. Andy joined the team in August 2025, succeeding Gay Card who is transitioning towards retirement after an impressive 20-year tenure.
Andy grew up in Trumansburg, NY and now resides in Mendon, NY with his wife. He has spent more than 20 years in the Rochester area and comes to Gorbel® from Carestream Health, where he led both Finance and Operations functions. Andy is also an alumnus of Binghamton University and the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
Andy enjoyed traveling to Gorbel® North American locations in Fall 2025 and immersing himself in the business.
Vong Boussa Appointed Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement
On December 1, Gorbel® appointed Vong Boussa as Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement. Vong has many years of experience in project management, engineering, supply chain, and quality.
Originally from Western New York, Vong earned an AS in Computer Graphics Technology from Alfred State College, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from RIT, and a MBA from St. Bonaventure University.
In his new role, Vong will oversee Overhead Solutions Quality and lead Gorbel®’s multi-year Enterprise Excellence initiative (GEX), driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
