Today I’d like to share our Mission…which can be expressed in a few words as “to make life easy”.

    Vision. A statement of “what” a business wants to be and do. A compass. Some Vision statements are pasted across the walls, some (unfortunately) sit on shelves inside strategic planning books, and some (best of all) live and breathe the same air as the employees. What’s the kind of Vision I want to experience?…one that is clear, embraced and inspirational.

    Passion. What a juicy word. Everyone wants to pursue theirs. Right? Every business wants their employees to have it. Right? Surely. But how many out there are actually pulling it off? I'm guessing a minority.
